International, happy week

So wow what a week. The week started with german as usual. Unfortunately I missed Kyla Mitsunaga´s first lecture and happiness workshop. But me and Heikki had Periscope from where we saw a bit of what was going there. Althought I didn´t understand what was going on there. It looked funny and everyone were excited. After lunch I went to hear about leadership. The lecturer was Kyla Mitsunaga. I am glad I had a opportunity to listen and learn from her. She is really good.

On Tuesday we filmed our happiness video. We had a simple idea of writing nice quotes and giving them "secrectly" to Laurea staff. We put some of these quotes to teachers cars like a parking ticket. Because usually if you see a white paper on your car you think negatively. So this time it wasn´t a parking ticket but something positive. Hope we brought smiles on people´s faces.

On Wednesday we came to school to watch our happiness videos. Got to say that our class is super talented. Everyone had good videos and those made me happy. My favorite one was the boys video. They had a good song in it and they gave roses to Laurea´s staff. Our video is here.

On Thursday we had Javek Welc from Poland. He talked about strategic balancing of operating and financial risks. It wasn´t my favorite topic but it was nice that we had a international lecturer. He was really educated and it showed as he knew what he was talking about. If you listened and concentrated you really learned something new. It was a bit hard to understand but not impossibility.

Last week of this course left. So only one blog post left. Till next week.
