On Monday we presented our videos for Superpark´s Eija. She liked our video and said they are going to use it. Cool! One reason why they are going to use it is the fact that they didn´t have one yet. Now they do, so good that we chose that theme for our video. Like you all know we had a little competition with our Superpark videos and we got the second most viewed video. Hurray!

Also on Monday Ilkka told us about his week in Mexico. He was really excited and gave us a great method to use in life. It is called the invisible counselor. He made us try it and I believe it really works. By opening the gate between your brain and subconscious you detect life differently. The ability to use your imagination is wonderful but it can also sometimes be a disadvantage. For example at night when you are going home alone your imagination can make you think something really crazy. Ilkka said that what you think is what you become. That is so true and well said. So good that we humans are able to control our thoughts and guide them to the direction we want. The truth is that imagination is the key to today´s worklife.

Here we are sending greetings to Korea. Ilkka also gave us a task. It was to film a short video for Kyla. Here it is.

Friday 4th of March we had quest lectures from Nobot Oy and Myynnin ja Markkinoinnin Ammattilaiset. From Nobot Oy we had Saara Rostedt and Jouni Varpelaide and from MMA we had Joanna Purosto. Jouni was a great lecturer and he had these really good hashtags for everyone to obey: #nosameshitdifferentday, #nobullshit, #nofear and #nostrangers. A job where you can truly say this is how it works is a dream job.

Jouni started his speech with a odd imitation. It was funny and here is a picture of the explanation for it. Imagine you are in B-team and you get a ready idea from A-team. So you try to do your best with it but because you are in A-team you can´t to it better than a person who is in A-team. Simple but it doesn´t work the other way around. Only A-team can make B-teams idea to a higher level.

I LOVE these points that are mentioned in this picture. The most important things in life are humor, happiness and positivity. Okay I admit it is also important to dress to impress.

Then we had Joanna from MMA. She talked about her own experience and how she ended in MMA. As we have already heard, networking and digitalisation, important things in marketing. She highlighted the importance of digitalisation in today´s worklife. Her examples what she did along as she explained her points were very good. That is a way to keep your audience listening and curious. Also she gave us website address where you can learn to code. Definitely going to learn that. In this picture there are three things which are good to remember when selling your own ideas or thoughts. 1.Lead the conversation in the direction you want to. 2.Do not expect anything. 3.Ask open question. (meaning something the answerer can´t answer with just a no or yes)
